COMMUNITY FIRST BANK IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE ROLLOUT OF OUR NEW AND IMPROVED INTERNET BANKING WITH BILL PAYER.
Please pay special attention to the items listed below:
- The date your NEW internet banking account will be available is June 26 (Friday).
- LOGGING INTO YOUR NEW INTERNET BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE FIRST TIME:
For security purposes, you MUST log into your current internet banking account to find LOGIN IN instructions for your NEW INTERNET ACCOUNT.
- The week of June 22 (Monday) through June 29 (Monday), you WILL NOT be able to request loan payments or deposit account transfers using your internet banking account. Scheduled recurring transfers or payments WILL NOT occur. You may call Customer Service at 337 321-4355 to request your payment/transfer with a representative.
- Scheduled recurring payments and/or transfers WILL NOT automatically move over to the new internet banking account. YOU MUST SET UP YOUR EXISTING RECURRING PAYMENTS AND/OR TRANSFERS IN YOUR NEW INTERNET BANKING ACCOUNT.
- Existing Bill Pay Companies and recurring and/or pending payments WILL automatically move over to your new internet banking bill pay account. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR BILL PAY SYSTEM TO ASSURE COMPANIES AND VENDORS HAVE MOVED OVER CORRECTLY. If you have any concerns you may call Customer Service at 337 321-4355.
- On Thursday June 25 after 5PM central time, your current internet banking account may not be available until Friday June 26 when the change occurs.
